Halyard Inc. is a design-build construction company focused on multi-family renovation and additional dwelling unit (ADU) projects in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Halyard Inc provides turnkey, integrated project delivery. We bring together architecture, design, engineering and construction management. Our services include feasibility studies, architecture, interiors, space planning, permit expediting, cost estimating, value engineering, self-performed construction, construction management and post-occupancy support.

We strive to continually improve and identify risk through a best practice, new guideline, or policy we create and enforce our program to reduce all risks. To put our philosophy of “Safety First” into practice, our field team meets to discuss the scope of work for the day, and the best way to complete it safely through analysis, open communication and feedback.
